If I purchase the premium plan, how long does the subscription last? There is no subscription! It is a one-off payment to access the premium features of the app for the next 12 months, through the Canva account you are connecting.

What happens if the app changes its functionality? We may vary functionality over time in order to satisfy the majority of our users, due to Canva's platform rules or functionality, or to develop a sustainable business model. We will make best efforts to ensure you can achieve what you might reasonably have expected at the time of purchase.

Will all new future functionality be available to me? We might decide to build 'advanced' new features. In such circumstances we would endeavour to make the original functionality (as at the time of your purchase) still available to you. We would reserve the right to add in additional pricing tiers to cover the new 'advanced' functionality only.

What happens if the app is discontinued? If the app is discontinued or otherwise unavailable due to reasons within our control you are welcome to ask for a prorated refund for the first 12 months from the date of your purchase.
